THEY MUST WAIT FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT, WHICH IS January 1st UNLESS THEY
EXPERIENCE A QUALIFYING EVENT SUCH AS MARRIAGE, DIVORCE, BIRTH OF A CHILD,
CHANGE OF WORK STATUS.
